FAQs

We've got more answers!

We run a Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) design subscription for growing companies, design teams, and agencies that provides you with access to various design skills and a dedicated creative manager at a flat monthly rate. We scale your design operations without challanges of traditional creative employment.

We are a dynamic duo of brothers who transform sibling rivalry into design brilliance, pushing each other to new creative heights with every project. We harness the spirits of rivalry & design thinking to constantly improve and overdeliver.

We provide businesses with ongoing access to design services for a fixed monthly fee. Access your dedicated designer that can work on any number of design-related tasks, including handling the creative process and a host of other design services.  Clients can subscribe to us with Stripe and start submiting design requests as needed, and our team will work on them based on the agreed-upon terms of the subscription.

Yes. The Design Bonanza has a suggested minimum term of one (3) months. This is automatically extended further; it is possible to pause or cancel the contract in writing seven (7) business days before the end of the contract term. Remember; good design takes time to produce the desired results!

We can design the entire thing. You can sit back, focus on things more important to you and get ready for lift-off. We deliver physical and digital experiences, concise messaging and offer ongoing support for all your orders and projects with us.

An order is anything that you want us to do for you. It can be a small order or a more complex project eg.: website redesign project. You see the complete list of orders and projects that you can delegate to us here.

Unlimited means that you can submit as many design orders as you want within your chosen pricing model at no additional cost. Depending on the subscription type, the orders are then processed one after the other.

For example: If you book Design Bonanza for a bigger project and submit multiple orders, 2 orders will be processed one by one by 2 designers that work in tandem at the same time for minimum of 1 month. If you book Design Sprint and submit an order, 1 order will be processed at a time by 1 designer within the week.

Svetlikus provides businesses with ongoing access to design services for a fixed monthly fee. Clients can submit infinite design orders as needed, and our team will work on them based on the agreed-upon terms of the subscription.

In short: It depends. The critical factors are explained in this blog post.
The duration of a design project depends on the scope and specific requirements. On average, Svetlikus* delivers designs within a few days of submission. For a detailed insight find a list of processing times and services here.

OK'ing a task is simple: just comment 'OK'd' under the update. 😄

For feedback and sharing additional ideas, we prefer screen-recording videos and image annotations over text messages. We are visual beings after all. This saves time on briefing and feedback and makes it much easier for us to understand your thoughts.

We recommend using Loom to easily record and share video messages with us.

Yes. You have the opportunity to arrange a personal appointment with each designer via “Microsoft Teams” to discuss your project.

There is the possibility to grow together with Svetlikus*. Marathon collabs are what we do the best. As soon as you need more performance or output that we can't cover, we can discuss about formulating a custom offer for your specific case, thus you can multiply your output.

A Design Manager will email you a Sign-Up link after our discovery call. Once you complete your checkout process, you will be asked to fill out an onboarding questionnaire so that we can learn more about your business and preferences.

After we receive your onboarding questionnaire, we'll send you a welcome email within a few hours. This email includes links to:

  • Your Productive Board
  • Request form guide
  • Shared OneDrive folder (for all deliverables and shared files)
  • Kick-Off meeting booking link

Starting Work:

  • You can start immediately by sending your first requests through your Productive Board.
  • Design Manager will review the requirements and assign the highest priority task to the right team member.
  • We typically begin working on the first task within 24–48 hours and provide updates the next day.

For example, If you wish to actively collaborate in Figma, you will need to create an account and book a seat on the platform. We use Adobe as acontent creation tool to share content and data across teams and with clients.
